By Phone

Call 0845 872 0812 to purchase your STA Travel Cashcard.

REQUIRED  DETAILS:

Before activating your STA Travel eccount, please make sure that you have the following details available:-

(Call 0845 872 0812 for other acceptable forms of identity if you do not have any of these).

Either:

Your Passport

• Send a scanned black and white copy or photocopy of the photo page of your Passport.

Or:

TWO of the following FOUR registered in your name:

• Home telephone number.
• Driving Licence Number.
• Electricity Supply Number.
• Registration on the Electoral Roll.

You will also need the name, address and date of birth details of additional STA Travel Cardholders if applicable.

 

WAYS TO PAY:

By Credit/ Debit Card

Pay by credit/ debit card online or via the Call Centre.

By Tuxedo Voucher from PayPoint

Purchase a Tuxedo voucher for £10 at any of the 19,500 PayPoint locations nationwide. You must ensure that the PayPoint retailer gives you a receipt with your 10 digit voucher number to order and pay for your Card.

Text Message

Follow the instructions below to obtain your purchase code via text message to complete your activation.

1. Text the word STA to 80777.
2. You’ll receive two messages; the second will contain your 10-digit purchase code.
3. Enter this purchase code when you activate online and press GO. If you activate by mail, write down your purchase code number in the space provided on the form.

Please note that the STA Travel Cashcard will cost £10 (instead of £9.95) when purchased via text message.
